3D interior visualisation for Hillsong apartment in Zagreb

High-quality 3D visualisation has become a key tool in the interior renovation process because it enables a realistic presentation of the final appearance of a space before construction work begins. Based on previous successful cooperation, the long-term partner Hillsong once again entrusted Prolink with the creation of 3D interior visualisations for an apartment currently being renovated in Zagreb, with the aim of clearly defining the spatial layout, materials and aesthetic identity of the interior.

Analysis of the existing space and project requirements
The project began with a detailed analysis of the existing condition of the space, its proportions, sources of natural light and structural limitations. At the same time, the functional requirements of the investor were defined, along with the intended purpose of individual rooms and expectations related to style, atmosphere and long-term usability of the apartment. This phase enabled precise alignment between aesthetic guidelines and realistic spatial possibilities.

Definition of the interior concept
Based on the collected information, an interior concept was developed that unites functionality, contemporary design and adaptation to the everyday needs of the users of the space. Special attention was given to the balance between open areas and private zones, the flow of movement and the overall sense of spatial comfort. The concept served as the foundation for the further development of all visual and technical elements.

Modelling of space and architectural elements
3D modelling included the precise creation of walls, floors, ceilings, openings and all key architectural elements. Special emphasis was placed on accurate dimensions, realistic volume relationships and a faithful reproduction of the actual state of the space. This created a solid technical base for the further processing of materials, lighting and interior equipment.

Selection of materials and textures
The visualisations were developed with clearly defined materials that faithfully reflect the planned finishing surfaces. Realistic textures of wood, ceramics, textiles and metal surfaces were used in order to achieve the most authentic possible impression of the future space. This approach enables the investor to evaluate the visual identity of the interior already at the planning stage.

Lighting and the creation of spatial atmosphere
Great attention was devoted to the design of lighting, which plays a decisive role in the overall experience of the space. The visualisations included different light sources, encompassing ambient, functional and accent lighting. In this way, a realistic representation of the daytime and evening ambience was achieved, with key architectural and design elements clearly emphasised.

Visual presentation of furniture and equipment
Furniture and equipment elements were precisely positioned within the 3D space in order to clearly define the relationship between functionality and aesthetics. Each element was placed in accordance with the planned use of the space, ergonomics and spatial circulation. This enabled a detailed preview of the future organisation of everyday life within the apartment.

Use of visualisations in the decision-making process
3D visualisations enabled the investor to make confident and well-informed decisions before the start of construction works. Through the visual presentation, it was possible to identify potential deviations in time, adjust individual elements and avoid costly changes during the implementation phase. This made the entire planning process more efficient and predictable.

The role of visualisations in communication between all involved parties
The visual materials served as a clear communication tool between the investor, contractors and designers. Instead of abstract descriptions, all participants in the process could see the planned solution in concrete form, which significantly reduced the possibility of misunderstandings and accelerated the coordination of all phases of execution.

The long-term value of 3D visualisation in renovation
Beyond its immediate role in interior planning, 3D visualisation remains a lasting reference for future adaptations and upgrades of the space. Based on the visualisations, future changes can be developed without disrupting the original concept, while maintaining visual and functional consistency.

The visual foundation of a precisely planned space
Through the cooperation with Hillsong, Prolink once again confirmed the importance of 3D visualisation as a tool that connects the initial idea, technical execution and the final appearance of the space into a single, clearly defined whole that provides confidence in the quality of the final result in advance.
