For the purpose of presenting a tourist apartment in Rovinj, a 3D interior visualization was created to faithfully showcase the layout, selected materials, and design style. The goal was to give potential guests, investors, and designers a clear impression of the future appearance of the space—even before construction work is completed.
The visualization includes the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom, with a focus on functionality, aesthetics, and comfort. Using natural lighting, carefully selected textures, and realistic representations of furniture, an attractive, warm, and credible atmosphere was created that reflects Rovinj's Mediterranean ambiance.
The process included modeling the space based on architectural plans, defining materials and color schemes according to the design concept, simulating lighting conditions, and producing high-quality rendered images. Multiple viewpoints were created to fully convey the spatial experience.
Such 3D visualizations are particularly useful for accommodation advertising, investor presentations, promotional materials, and online booking platforms.
