For the purpose of architectural presentation and high-end real estate sales, a 3D visualization was created of a modern villa on the island of Pag, designed by our renowned architect Sanja Vrančić. The visualization provides a detailed representation of both the exterior and interior of the property.
The exterior visualization emphasizes the villa’s volume and integration into the Mediterranean landscape, highlighting architectural elements such as flat roofs, terraces, a swimming pool, minimalist façade, and large glass openings that blur the boundary between indoor and outdoor spaces. Realistic textures of stone, concrete, wood, and water are used, along with natural lighting that faithfully captures the atmosphere of coastal living.
The interior space is presented through a series of 3D renderings, showcasing the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms, with emphasis on modern design, spaciousness, and functionality. Selected materials, furniture layout, lighting, and decorative elements combine to create a luxurious yet comfortable ambiance.
Such visualization is of exceptional importance during design, investment presentations, and sales stages, as it enables all stakeholders—investors, architects, and end users—to gain a complete understanding of the future property even before construction begins.
