As part of this project, a 3D visualization was created for a residential building located in the Podsused district of Zagreb, with a focus on delivering a clear, realistic, and visually balanced representation of the exterior. The aim was to provide investors and future buyers with a credible impression of the building's final appearance and its integration into the surrounding environment, even before construction begins.
The visualization includes views of the building from multiple angles, with detailed rendering of key architectural elements such as the facade, windows, balconies, and roof, as well as the surrounding area, including the access road, green spaces, pedestrian zones, and urban equipment. Particular attention was given to the use of realistic textures, correctly positioned natural lighting, and a harmonious color palette to ensure an authentic and convincing result.
The production process consisted of several key stages: creating a 3D model based on the architectural documentation, applying materials and textures aligned with the design, simulating natural lighting and environmental conditions, and rendering high-resolution final images. When needed, we also prepared alternative versions with different facade colors or landscape solutions to support decision-making.
Such visualizations are extremely valuable in the marketing and sales phases of residential developments, as they help build client confidence and support informed decision-making, even in early project stages. They also serve as an essential tool in promotional campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and project documentation.
