3D visualizations have become an essential tool in planning and presenting large construction and infrastructure projects. They provide a realistic view of the future appearance of a facility before construction begins, making it easier to communicate between investors, architects, contractors, and the wider public. Especially for complex sports facilities, 3D visualization helps in understanding the layout of buildings, access roads, amenities, and functional connections within the project. In addition to aiding decision-making, these visualizations also have strong marketing potential, enabling investors to present their projects in an attractive and clear way.
The 3D Visualization Process
Creating a high-quality 3D visualization begins with a detailed analysis of the project and available documentation – architectural drawings, site plans, and technical descriptions. Based on this data, precise 3D models are created, incorporating all planned elements of the complex. This is followed by the texturing phase, where realistic surfaces, colors, and materials are applied, and then the lighting phase, simulating both natural and artificial light sources. Finally, rendering produces high-resolution static images or animations that faithfully represent the final appearance of the project. This process allows for a comprehensive view from multiple angles and can even include interactive virtual tours.
Main Football Field
At the heart of the complex is the main football pitch with hybrid grass, modern stands, and all accompanying facilities necessary for hosting professional matches. Although currently labeled “Speedway,” the project includes a complete transformation into a representative stadium. The stands are designed to offer optimal visibility of the game, with adjoining areas for locker rooms, technical teams, media, and VIP guests.
Auxiliary Fields and Futsal Arena
To the left of the main pitch are several auxiliary fields – with artificial turf, natural grass, and a futsal arena with a capacity of around 2,000 seats. An additional football field with locker rooms is planned, primarily for the football academy and the futsal school of Osijek. The functional layout allows for simultaneous training sessions and matches for different categories, ensuring optimal conditions for players and coaches.
Supporting Facilities
The sports center includes a restaurant, café, and shop, providing complete services for both visitors and athletes. Spacious parking areas for cars and buses are also planned, ensuring excellent accessibility during major events.
Accommodation and Recreation
The upper floor features accommodation units – 12 double rooms, 2 triple rooms, and 3 single rooms, each with a private bathroom, shower, washbasin, internet connection, and TV hook-up. Rooms are arranged in a single row rather than opposite each other to ensure privacy. Common areas include a lounge and recreation space with darts, table football, billiards, PlayStation consoles, and similar amenities.
Sports Infrastructure and Recovery
The complex will also feature a room for fitness coaches, located near the gym and saunas, allowing close supervision of training and recovery processes.
