3D visualization of sports center | project example

3D visualizations have become an indispensable tool in the planning and presentation of large construction and infrastructure projects—they enable a realistic depiction of the future appearance of a facility before construction even begins, significantly facilitating communication between investors, architects, contractors, and the general public. Especially with complex sports complexes, where various facilities, access routes, and functional zones intertwine, a 3D rendering helps all project participants immediately understand the layout of buildings, road networks, supporting facilities, and how the entire system will function once completed. In addition to facilitating key decisions during planning, such visualization carries strong marketing potential—it allows the investor to present the project in an attractive and clear manner to future users, partners, or financiers, often before a single stone has been laid.

The 3D visualization process – from technical drawings to photorealistic renderings

Creating a quality 3D visualization begins with a detailed analysis of the project and available documentation—architectural drawings, site plans, and technical descriptions—because only a precise understanding of input data can guarantee that the final rendering will be faithful to the actual project. Based on this data, we create three-dimensional models that include absolutely all elements of the planned complex, from main buildings to the smallest details of urban equipment, followed by the texturing phase where we add realistic surfaces, colors, and materials that mimic reality. We pay special attention to the lighting phase, where by simulating natural and artificial light sources we achieve an authentic impression and create the right atmosphere, finally through the rendering process obtaining high-quality static images or animations that faithfully depict the final appearance of the project from all possible angles. This entire process enables not only viewing the project from different perspectives but also creating virtual tours that give users the feeling of already moving through the space.

The main football field as the central point of the complex

At the heart of the sports center lies the main football field with hybrid grass, modern stands, and all supporting facilities necessary for holding professional matches—although currently marked with the working name "Speedway," the project includes a planned complete transformation into a representative stadium that will meet the highest criteria. We designed the stands to provide optimal game visibility from any position, while alongside them we planned spaces for locker rooms, technical teams, journalists, and VIP guests, ensuring that the stadium can host not only sports competitions but also other major events.

Auxiliary fields and futsal arena – functionality for various sports needs

To the left of the main field, we positioned auxiliary fields of different types—with artificial grass, with natural grass, and a futsal arena with a capacity of approximately 2000 seats, ensuring that the center can simultaneously serve different sports activities and competitions. Within the auxiliary fields, we also planned an additional football field with locker rooms, intended primarily for the football school and futsal school of Osijek, as through discussions with the investor we recognized the need for space that will daily serve youth work. Such functional distribution of space enables simultaneous training sessions and matches of different categories, with all users having adequate working conditions and most importantly—enough space not to interfere with each other.

Supporting facilities and accessibility – a complex that lives 24/7

The sports center is not conceived merely as a place for training and matches, but as a space where people linger and socialize—therefore in the visualization we specifically addressed the restaurant, cafe, and shop that provide visitors and athletes with complete service in one place, without needing to leave the complex. Large parking areas for passenger vehicles and buses ensure good accessibility even during the largest events, while through the visual presentation we paid special attention to clearly showing how traffic within the complex flows in a safe and functional manner.

Accommodation capacities for athletes and professional teams

On the upper floor of the complex, we planned accommodation units—12 double rooms, 2 triple rooms, and 3 single rooms, each with its own bathroom, shower, sink, internet connection, and TV connection capability, because we wanted to ensure that athletes during preparations or tournaments have conditions for quality rest. We arranged the rooms in a row, rather than opposite each other, to maximize guest privacy, while in the common areas we planned a living room and recreation zone with darts, table football, billiards, and PlayStation consoles—facilities that enable socializing and relaxation between training sessions and matches.

Sports infrastructure for top results

We recognized the importance of a comprehensive approach to sports preparation, so within the complex we also planned a room for fitness coaches, located in the immediate vicinity of the gym and saunas, enabling direct supervision of training and athlete recovery processes. This spatial connection is not accidental—it stems from understanding how athletes and professional teams function, where speed of movement between different zones is often key to work efficiency.

Why Prolink is the right choice for 3D visualizations of complex projects

At Prolink, we create 3D visualizations that combine technical precision and visual appeal—our team uses advanced tools for modeling, rendering, and post-production, ensuring that every project, regardless of complexity, is presented in the best possible light. Through years of work on different types of projects—from sports complexes and stadiums to residential neighborhoods, office buildings, and industrial facilities—we have developed an approach that works: we carefully listen to client needs, analyze available documentation, and create visualizations that not only faithfully depict the future facility but also assist in sales, financing, and public communication.

Your project deserves a top-tier presentation

The sports center we presented through this 3D visualization is an example of how complex projects can be brought closer to all participants—from investors and architects to future users and the general public.
