Business application extension for Mativa Group

Digital management of field teams is becoming a key tool for companies that operate simultaneously across multiple markets and sales locations, especially when it is necessary to accurately track working hours, on-site presence and achieved sales in real time. For these reasons, Prolink is initiating a new extension of the business application for Mativa Group with the objective of fully digitising the work of promoters and field agents at points of sale in Croatia, Slovenia and Hungary.

Digital check-in at the point of sale via location tracking
The application will enable each promoter to digitally check in at the start of work using a location-based system, thereby confirming in real time that the person is physically present at the exact sales location. Check-ins will be performed at predefined time points during the shift, which ensures full transparency of workplace presence and eliminates the need for manual attendance records.

Multiple location confirmations throughout the working day
The system is designed to allow multiple location-based confirmations within a single working day, thereby verifying continuous presence at the point of sale. This approach provides supervisors with a clear time-based overview of shift duration, with an additional control layer through automatic verification of the actual geographic position.

Digital recording of product sales per promoter
Each promoter will have a predefined list of products from the complete company assortment available within the application, structured in a way that enables fast and simple input of sold quantities. Sales records will be entered on a daily basis, ensuring precise insight into achieved sales per individual point of sale and per promoter.

Automatic daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sales summaries
All entered sales data will be automatically processed within the system, generating aggregated reports by day, week, month and year. This method of data processing enables continuous tracking of sales trends, campaign performance and individual promoter efficiency without the need for additional manual analysis.

Centralised sales overview for team leaders
The application will include a central supervisory module through which team leaders will have a unified overview of all promoters and their sales in one place. This enables effective management of a larger number of field staff, for example ten or more promoters, with immediate insight into overall regional performance.

Location-based check-in for field agents at points of sale
In addition to promoters, the system will include field agents who visit points of sale, with location-based check-in and check-out functionality. This provides full traceability of field visits and a clear record of actual completed visits per sales location.

Entry of comments and field observations
Field agents will be able to enter textual comments directly through the application, creating a communication channel for recording observations from sales locations, product display status, operational issues or communication with retail staff. These records become a valuable source of information for further operational and sales-related decision-making.

Multi-market system deployment across several countries
The application is designed to support simultaneous operation across multiple markets, specifically in Croatia, Slovenia and Hungary, without differences in functionality or data handling. This enables a unified standard of work monitoring, sales tracking and field activity management at the regional level.

Data security and system reliability
All location data, work records and sales results are processed through a secured system with clearly defined access rules, ensuring the confidentiality of business information and the operational stability of the application in everyday use.
