This digital platform allows restaurants to manage menus, orders, and customer communication through an integrated solution that includes a mobile app for users, a staff tablet app, a dedicated kitchen/delivery app, an administration panel, and a website. The system enables easy and transparent management of menus, orders, promotions, and deliveries in real time, providing users with an intuitive food ordering experience.

UI/UX Experience
Before design implementation, special attention is given to user experience (UX) and interface (UI) to simplify navigation through the app and website. Focus is placed on clearly presenting categories, dishes, and add-ons, intuitive cart management, and a seamless ordering and payment process. The UX/UI approach ensures that users can quickly and safely place orders, while restaurant staff have an organized and efficient interface for managing orders.

Design
The platform design starts with the main screen of the app, which defines the visual identity, color palette, typography, and overall design guidelines. Additional screens, such as informational texts, category lists, item details, extra options, cart, and checkout, are designed consistently with the main screen, ensuring a professional and cohesive visual style throughout the application.

Mobile App for Users (iOS and Android)
The user app allows viewing news, promotions, and recommendations, weekly specials, and browsing categories and all items. Users can view item details, including available add-ons, add items to the cart, place orders, and optionally pay by card. The app supports account creation, order history, a “repeat order” function, and receives push notifications for updates and promotions.

Administration Panel and Database
The administration panel allows restaurants to add, edit, and delete content displayed on the website and apps. It manages locations via Google Maps API, connects mobile apps to the database via API, and synchronizes all data in real time. Administrators can easily manage menu items, promotions, prices, and users, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

Tablet App for Staff
The tablet app for restaurant staff shows orders with status (received, in preparation, delivered) and full order details. Staff can update order status, adjust preparation time, and disable online ordering if needed, providing full control over operational workflows.

Dedicated Kitchen and Delivery App
For restaurants offering delivery, a separate kitchen/delivery app provides real-time order tracking by priority and status. Kitchen staff can view order details, including add-ons and special notes, mark orders as ready for delivery, and delivery staff can follow the sequence and timing of deliveries. This ensures that all orders are prepared and delivered accurately and on time, reducing errors and delays.

Website
The website mirrors all functionalities of the mobile app, including news, promotions, weekly specials, categories, item details, add-ons, cart management, and ordering. Optional card payment is supported, account creation and order history are available, and the “repeat order” feature is included. The website also includes image galleries, location maps (Google Maps), contact forms, and basic informational texts like “About Us.” The site is responsive and optimized for multiple devices.

System Integration and Functionality
All components — user app, staff tablet app, kitchen/delivery app, admin panel, and website — are interconnected via API. Administration manages key data, apps display information in real time, and the website presents menu and promotions to end users. Integration ensures data accuracy, system stability, and efficient management of orders, preparation, and deliveries.
