We are starting the development of a ferry ticket sales application, designed to simplify the sales process and improve the user experience. The application is being developed upon the client’s request, aiming to optimize business operations and digitalize the ticket sales process.
The system will enable ticket sales through multiple channels, including physical sales at ticket offices, sales through business partners, and online purchases for end users.
The application consists of three main parts: an administrative system, sales through employees and business partners, and online sales for end users.
The administrative system will allow ticket management, transaction tracking, and user account control. It will be tailored to the client's specific needs to ensure efficient management of all business aspects.
The employee and business partner module will provide a fast and simple ticket sales process. It will enable real-time seat availability checks, ticket issuance, and transaction tracking. The intuitive interface will simplify daily operations and reduce the possibility of errors.
The online sales system will allow users to browse and purchase tickets via a web or mobile application. Users will be able to easily select their preferred option, complete the payment, and receive a digital ticket. Additionally, they will have access to their purchase history and manage reservations.
