Mobile application development for the Red Cross Society of Zagreb County

We proudly present the mobile application developed to connect and support volunteers of the Croatian Red Cross in the Zagreb County area. This app was created in response to the need for faster, more efficient, and clearer communication among volunteers, as well as better organization of volunteer activities in the field. Our mission was to create a digital tool that simplifies engagement in humanitarian initiatives and allows every volunteer to access all relevant information whenever and wherever they need it.

The application is carefully designed to be intuitive and easy to use, regardless of the user’s technical skills. Through a clean and clear interface, volunteers can follow the latest news and announcements, browse available activities, register for events, and communicate with other community members. Special attention was paid to accessibility and clarity, ensuring the app is equally usable on all mobile devices, including older phone models.

A key feature of the app is the system for viewing and signing up for volunteer activities. Each user can filter available tasks by interest, location, or time frame. Whether it’s helping the elderly, participating in educational workshops, supporting crisis situations, or providing logistical assistance during major actions — all information about specific needs, participation conditions, and contact persons is available within a few clicks.

Communication is also a crucial pillar of collaboration among volunteers. Therefore, the app includes an integrated chat system that enables quick connection between users.
