Collaboration with WWGames LLC from Vancouver gave us the opportunity to develop a detailed specification for a mobile game based on their original concept. This project involved not only technical documentation but also strategic product development, from market analysis to user experience design. We started from scratch, without existing models or pre-made solutions, building a framework that enables clear and efficient game implementation.

Competitor analysis and creating a unique experience

Our approach was based on in-depth analysis of existing mobile games. We examined their mechanics, interface design, monetization models, and reasons why they retain or lose users. Based on these insights, we formulated proposals that do not replicate existing games but fill market gaps to highlight the unique advantages of this game. The focus was on a clearly defined target audience, crafting an experience tailored to their needs rather than trying to appeal universally.

First impressions and user experience

Designing the game’s initial moments was crucial, as most players decide whether to continue within the first few minutes. The onboarding process was carefully designed to guide users intuitively, without friction, emphasizing motivation to keep playing. Progression and challenge systems were created to maintain long-term interest without aggressive microtransaction pressure. The specification also includes guidelines for visual and audio identity and communication style to support emotional connection with players.

Technical documentation and development process

The specification provides detailed functional descriptions of all key game components. This includes user profile management, data saving, backend integration, ad unit display, app store connections, and API interfaces. It also outlines development phases and priorities between minimum viable product (MVP) and additional features, with recommendations for iterative testing based on user behavior. The document serves as a practical tool guiding the development process and enabling effective collaboration.

We participated as strategic partners, ensuring that every item in the specification resulted from active dialogue, analysis, and testing rather than superficial work.
