Presenting high-end real estate requires digital solutions that accurately reflect the sophistication of the offering. In the case of Šestinski Vrh Residence, the objective was to create a website that not only communicates square meters and layouts, but also conveys the project's architectural elegance and refined character in every digital detail.
The project was developed in collaboration with investor Colliers, and the property is located in one of Zagreb's most prestigious neighborhoods. Our task was to design a digital platform that meets technical standards, aligns with user expectations, and supports the aesthetic demands of the luxury real estate market.
User experience as a central design strategy
The website was built as a single-page presentation, enabling users to access all essential information without page reloads. Content is carefully structured to ensure clarity, while the visual identity is rooted in elegance, order, and functional minimalism.
Typography, spacing, and color contrast were selected to create a neutral digital background that enhances the property rather than distracts from it. Navigation is intuitive and seamlessly responsive across all devices – from desktop to tablet and mobile.
Visual content as the foundation of persuasion
High-quality 3D visualizations of apartments, the building, and its surroundings take center stage. These visuals serve as the primary communication tool, delivering emotional resonance and technical clarity that static drawings or photos alone cannot provide.
Users can also download a PDF brochure containing detailed technical data, floor plans, and property descriptions. This transforms the site into both a promotional and informative tool for serious buyers and investors.
Technical execution aligned with modern standards
Modern frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) were used, with every element optimized for performance, SEO visibility, and data security. Special attention was paid to Core Web Vitals to ensure fast loading times and a high-quality user experience in line with Google’s guidelines.
All interactive forms and tracking tools are implemented in full compliance with GDPR, providing a secure and trustworthy environment for communication and data processing.
Tools for qualified prospects
The website includes password-protected content for qualified buyers and partners, providing access to additional materials such as unpublished floor plans or strategic documentation. This transforms the platform into a business tool that supports the sales process directly.
